Fit-N-Fun Program Comes to Minneola

Start the foundation for a healthy lifestyle early. Increase speed, strength, endurance and agility with age appropriate activities and equipment. This program is beneficial to all children - Ages 8-12 - regardless of athletic ability and fitness level. Fit-N-Fun will teach kids an easy, fun and exciting way to stay fit and healthy with a combination of simple playground games and agility / conditioning drills designed to improve body control and coordination. This program is sponsored by the Minneola Recreation Department and will be instructed by certified trainer Frank Girardi. Schedule: Tuesday & Thursdays - September 14th-October 7th, 4:30pm - 5:30pm. Location: Minneola Trailhead Park. Fee: Minneola Residents: $25.00 / Non-Residents: $35.00
