On January 10, 2012, Mrs. Jean Littekin was the guest speaker at the Clermont Kiwanis Club meeting. She spoke about the activities of Relay for Life under the Board of The American Cancer Society. She encouraged all to participate in relays for life survivor laps at events and to get tested because 2 out of every 5 people will be diagnosed with cancer. Relay for Life raises funds and awareness about cancer. On Friday, April 27 at 6 pm, a Relay for Life event will take place at the South Lake High School track.
