Alternatives to Foreclosure Workshop

Ms. April Rager, Realtor and Short Sale Specialist for Tony Hubbard, Coldwell Banker in Clermont is our speaker for this workshop, to be held February 11 at 10:00 a.m. Ms. Rager will discuss strategies and programs available for making a graceful exit from your home, if it is worth less than the money owed on it. There are some programs in place by the government and the banks, that could be very helpful. Also she will offer some tips on buying a home that is listed as a short sale.
