Managing Arthritis Pain through Alternative Therapies

Managing your Arthritis Pain through Alternative Therapies will be the topic for South Lake Hospital's January Health & Wellness Series on Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the National Training Center. The program will be presented by Jamie Gonzalez, MD, Internal Medicine.

If you suffer from arthritis pain, you don't want to miss this educational seminar! Dr. Jaime C. Gonzalez will explain the effects of arthritis pain in our daily lives and will go over several pain management solutions including: exercise, meditation, massage, occupational therapy, hydrotherapy and others.
