Montverde Academy Boys' Varsity Sports Successful During Holidays��

Over the week leading into the New Year, the Varsity Boys' Soccer and Basketball teams were extremely successful, defeating their competitors in various regional tournaments. The Boys' Varsity Soccer team won the Berkeley Prep Holiday Invitational by first overcoming Plant City in the semifinal game and then beating Bolles School in the championship game. These victories further advanced their undefeated streak - the longest in the nation currently holding strong at 45 matches.��

The MVA Boys' Varsity Basketball team is also playing remarkably well and is currently ranked #1 by the Orlando Sentinel's most recent Boys' Basketball Super 16. The Eagles successfully defeated teams at the 38th Annual 2011 Kingdom of the Sun Tourney played at Vanguard High School in Ocala.
