The Clermont Downtown Partnership continues to host exciting new Downtown Clermont First Friday and Food Truck events with the next one planned for Friday night, September 7 from 5:30 to 9 PM.
The nationally respected Greye Band will be featured with a free concert in City Hall Park, so bring your blankets and lawn chairs. More than one dozen delicious food trucks, vintage cars, a fun Kid’s Zone, a challenging rock climbing wall and assorted popular vendors will be on the downtown Clermont streets. Many area Clermont Downtown Partnership stores will remain open late that evening until 9 PM. Confirmed food trucks include: Ritter’s Frozen Custard, Pizza In A Cone, Cousin’s Lobster, Poppies Mexican, Absofruitly, Papa Pineapples, Curbside Chef, Jour d Crepes, Jewel’s Café, Something Cheesy, Arrested Appetites, Rubio’s Baja, Dawg House and Mister Softee.
Based in Daytona Beach, Greye is made up of vocalist Hannah Summer; guitarist Jett Wolfe; bassist Joshua Reid and drummer Ray Grimard. Since their inception in 2012, they have rocked crowds both locally and nationwide. They released their first album , “Providence,” in 2014, and since then have gone on to release four more LP’s, “The Tube” in 2015, “The Worrier” in 2016, “Windows” in 2017 and their latest release “Under The Weather.” There is something in their ever-growing discography for everyone to enjoy, no matter your musical preference.
