The new Mid-Week Market at Montverde, A Community Market with an International Flavor, held every Wednesday from 11:00am to 6:00pm, is featuring two vendors March 14th: Yalaha Bakery and Paris Quiche’n. Both of these vendors represent the market’s credo: “An International Flavor”. You’ll find them among other exceptional vendors beneath the sprawling Oak trees in Kirk Park, just off CR-455, Florida’s Scenic Green Mountain Byway, in the middle to Montverde.
Yalaha Bakery is a family owned business known for their genuine German breads and Old World tortes and pastries. Montverde Market-goers find the same quality products, made in the same ovens at the highest culinary standards as those offered at the bakery. During Wednesday’s Market March 14th, Yalaha’s first ten customers will receive 10% off Yalaha purchases. Plus, everyone can register for the $25 Gift Certificate to the bakery’s restaurant in Yalaha. Details are available at the booth. These “Customer Specials” are offered as “Customer Appreciation” as Yalaha was unable to attend two recent Wednesdays. The company’s website states: “Yalaha continues to work to bring more healthy options to the public and by making every day new products, such as Gluten Free Breads and Pastries, Sugar Free Pastries, and a number of products made only with natural grains to please our valued costumers. We pride ourselves of making products that are naturally made, our breads are artisan handmade chemical free from preservatives and made with organic Flours. Our pastries are made with organic flours, butter, organic chocolates, organic spices and imported European ingredient.”
