On Saturday, April 29th at 10am, an unprecedented global health and healing event will unfold across the planet from time-zone to time-zone. In Clermont, it will be held at Lake Hiawatha Preserve (lake-side near the pavilion). This is our 3rd annual World Tai Chi Day in Clermont!
Please arrive at this FREE event at 9:15am to sign-in, warm-up, and practice a simple tai chi form; at 10am we will begin our Tai Chi practice with the world. Stay after, for more tai chi and qigong practice, a demonstration of different forms and techniques from local tai chi students and a pot-luck picnic near the lake.
